Thing Of Beauty 🎴

A majestic waterfall, mystical mountain ridges, lush valley plains, alluring autumn days or even blankets of snow.  These are all magnificent works of art, created by the Almighty God of all creation.

Sometimes it can take you by complete surprize... and sometimes you might even have planned it, but the breathtaking delight of God's amazingly ordered creation can transport our minds to a place of awe and wonderful bliss that evokes a deep and genuine response of praise and worship. 🙌

There is one thing that reigns true as a commonality among all these jaw-dropping handiworks of The Father... and that is that they are all perfectly beautiful.

In fact, here's a bigger truth: God is in the business of creating perfect beauty.

He knows exactly how to do it.

Sometimes beauty is birthed out of the chaotic gushes of water rushing down the sheer moss-ridden face of a rocky feature.  At other times the loveliness emerges from serene scenes of a sunny summer day.

Are you a believer in Christ but feel very much aware that you have some rough edges that need to get smoothed over, or maybe some reservations of fear and doubt that keep you from manifesting crazy faith in God?

Are you someone who knows about God, maybe you even believe that He is and that He is who He says He is... but you haven't quite gotten to that point where you trust Him, where you place yourself and your desires as secondary to Him and His?

Maybe life for you right now is experiencing God's smoothing you out with the abrasion of chaos, or perhaps he's carving you with the quietness of comfort.

Regardless of wherever you find yourself on this continuum, one thing is important to realize:  God, our Creator stands ready to continue His creation work in you, until your life evokes a deep and genuine response of praise and worship... and once that work is complete, then you have become, ultimately and undeniably, a Thing Of Beauty.
