See The Unseen πŸ‘€πŸ™ˆ

Throughout scripture, as the people of God, we are constantly encouraged to place our focus and emphasis, not on the things that we can see and touch and feel, but instead on those things that are not seen... the things we cannot touch.

We are constantly reminded that the things we see before us are temporary and with an equally limited value. Β The things that are unseen however, require us to walk by Faith and not by sight, which activates our trust and our hope in God.

We are set on a path of eternal reward when we choose to fix our gaze and plant our dependence on our Heavenly Father indeed, but we should not miss the embedded truth that reveals to us that the temporal things that pass away don't just refer to this decaying Earth... but it also refers to current situations on this side of life.

Oftentimes we are faced with circumstances that push us to a forked path, demanding of us to choose either the way based on what lies plainly before us, bordered by what we can see with our physical eyes or to choose the way forward that requires us to take steps that require resting on God's ability to lead us to the destination.

In each situation the way is clear, but the journey is unknown.

While we are tempted to engage in various calculations and mathlympics to work out for ourselves what is the best way based on our desires, and the factors that lie before us... it is critical that we remember, that all those factors are temporal and can change in an instant, in ways that you cannot even imagine in the moment.

The unseen path, designed and presented by God is always the more excellent way.

The secret revelation is that for we who are spiritual, the unseen component is never the outcome. Β By Faith, we would have already seen the outcome and it is always glorious, resulting in the fulfilment of God's perfect plan.

What is unseen is what lies between the choice you have to make and the destination.

One path depends on your own mapping from a limited viewpoint, while the other is based on God's Positioning System.

When you choose the unseen, it is every time an opportunity to say to God: "You are my Sovereign Lord... and I trust You over all else."

The path that is unseen is not necessarily smooth and always paved with gold, it's often wrought with challenges and struggles... but these trials come to make you stronger, even though you don't see how they could... at least not until you reach your destination.

Just like what we see before us is temporal in this world, and in these situations, so too is our momentary struggles. Β These Blessed problems present for us opportunities to build us up and generate for us long-term... and sometimes even short-term rewards.

In this life, there will always be obstacles to overcome, but if we walk God's way we will overcome and what's great is that before, during and after... we will have peace. Β Not peace as the world gives... temporal and transient that is... but lasting peace, that can come only from God.

Remember: The extent of your peace is equal to the extent of who or what you trust in.

So the next time you're faced with any kind of trouble in your life, don't restrict yourself to seeing the seen... allow yourself to experience real success, real victory, real peace when you See The Unseen.
