Choices Choices Choices 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♀️

You finally get some time to yourself.

No chores, no work, no projects, no schoolwork.

Just you and your favourite beverage, sweet treat or maybe even person.

You plop down before the TV to just relax and zone out while watching something interesting or entertaining.

Maybe you're cable channel surfing, maybe you're on YouTube, social media, or perhaps Netflix.  You try to settle on what to watch.  My goodness, there are so many options.  So many things you want to see.  Maybe this one... or possibly that one.

Before you know it, with so many options to choose from, you give up and either squander the entire time trying to make a decision, or simply default to doing what you normally would have done if you weren't presented with this unique opportunity.

This is a classic case of analysis paralysis, which is what happens when one gets bombarded with too much data that needs to be analyzed to lead to a decision.

In this life, we have choices.  Sometimes we'll have tons of choices, sometimes our choices will be quite limited.

Actually, for most people, they'll constantly experience both of those at the same time when making a decision regarding the long-term well-being of their soul's existence.

We all have to make a choice regarding where we want to spend eternity after we leave this earth.  This world would want to present to us that we have tons of choices and you should just pick the one that suits you best... but the truth is that our choices in this matter are really quite limited.

There is only one way to get to an eternity crafted by love, joy, beauty and happiness... and that's by listening to, believing and receiving the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  Then accepting Jesus as God and your Saviour.

It is the only way.

This whole season of Easter... it's not about chocolate eggs and well-dressed bunny rabbits.  It's about the very Son of God, making the ultimate, heart-rending and stressful sacrifice to save us from an eternity of darkness and death.

So whether it's regarding matters or life or death, wrong or right, good or bad, service or selfishness, always choose Good's way, no matter if you feel bombarded by Choices Choices Choices.
